Private real estate refers to all investments that are made outside publicly accessible markets and are characterised by correspondingly high entry barriers such as investment amount and access. A distinction is made between private debt, i.e. financing through outside capital, and private equity, i.e. financing through equity capital. Both forms have so far only been accessible to institutional investors such as insurers, family offices and pension funds.

The terms of the investments differ depending on the product category. For LINUS Growth, the term is flexible between 6 and 36 months. For LINUS Portfolio it is 36 months and for LINUS Funds and LINUS Core between 5 and 10+ years. During this time, you cannot remove the invested amount.
We invest a substantial part of our own capital in each investment. This means that we ourselves have a strong vested interest in the security of the investments. With well-founded due diligence processes we ensure the best selection and quality of all investments. For each investment, we also secure a comprehensive package of collateral. The selection of excellent partners with outstanding track records also guarantees us the highest level of professionalism and reliability. Thus, in your and our own interest, we work at various levels to ensure that all investments have the appropriate security in the respective asset class. The terms of the investments differ depending on the product category. For LINUS Growth, the term is flexible between 6 and 48 months. For LINUS Portfolio it is 36 months and for LINUS Funds and LINUS Core between 5 and 10+ years. During this time, you cannot dispose of the deposited money.
Our minimum subscription amount for professional investors is €50,000 and for semi-professional investors €200,000 per investment. For selected investments, you can invest as little as €25,000. We will be happy to show you ways in which you can divide the minimum subscription amount among various LINUS investments.
